5 Year Warranty Guidelines

What our warranty covers

• A full 5 years from day of completion on all materials supplied by us
• A full 5 years from day of completion on installation by us

What is not covered in this warranty

• Fair wear and tear
• Accidental damage, misuse, improper care, alterations or acts of nature
• Any consequential, indirect or incidental losses
• Corrosive substances or acids that are used on the product
• Material defects as a result of corrosive environment
• Corrosion or rust as a result of using any substance that has Chlorine
• Breakage or damage to glass

Our goods and services come with guarantees that complies to the Australian Consumer Law.

Stainless Steel Warranty

PLEASE NOTE, CHLORINE IS A CORROSIVE CHEMICAL FOR ALL TYPES OF STAINLESS STEEL AND ANY USE OF CHLORINE OR CLEANING PRODUCT THAT HAS CHLORINE IN IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY VOID ANY WARRANTY
Warranty applies when:

• You are the original end-user purchaser with proof of your purchase
• The product failed due to our workmanship or any defect in the materials

Warranty does not cover:
